Rental Panel runs the panel-rental service on this website. This policy explains what personal information we collect and how we use it. Contact: hello@yourdomain.com.

2. What we collect

  • Account details: your name, email address, phone number and password (stored only as a one-way hash), or your Google account name and email if you sign in with Google.
  • Order details: the plan, domain and brand name you give us, and your billing details if you add them (business name, address, GSTIN).
  • Payment records: amounts, dates and UPI transaction references. We do not see or store your UPI PIN or bank details.
  • Wallet activity: top-ups, renewals and refunds.
  • Support: the messages you send us.
  • Technical data: your IP address and browser information, used for security and to prevent abuse.

3. How we use it

We use your information to run your account, set up and renew your panel, take and confirm payments, issue invoices, reply to you, send service emails (receipts, renewal reminders, security notices), keep the site secure, and meet our legal and tax obligations.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share only what is needed with the services that help us run the site: our payment provider, our email delivery service, Google if you use Google sign-in, and the messaging tool we use for internal alerts. We may also share information if the law requires it.

5. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies that the site needs to work, such as keeping you signed in and protecting forms. We do not use advertising cookies.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your account information while your account is open. We keep invoices and payment records for as long as the law requires us to keep accounting records. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your personal details but keep the payment and invoice records we must keep.

7. Security

We protect your data with passwords stored as hashes, secure connections, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

8. Your choices

You can update your details from your account page. You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or ask for a copy of it, by emailing hello@yourdomain.com.

We may update this policy and will show the new date below when we do.
