Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These terms are the agreement between you and Rental Panel ("we", "us"). By creating an account, paying for a plan or using our service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What we provide

We rent ready-made SMM panels on a monthly or yearly plan. When you pay, we set up a panel for the domain you give us and keep it running while your plan is active. What each plan includes is described on our plans page at the time you buy.

3. Your account

• You must give correct details and keep your password private.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account.
• You must be old enough to enter into a contract where you live.

4. Prices, GST and payment

Prices are shown in Indian rupees and GST (18%) is added at checkout. You can pay by UPI or from your wallet balance. A plan starts when we confirm your payment. Wallet balance is money you have paid in advance to use on our plans; it does not earn interest.

5. Renewals and auto-renew

Each plan runs for one billing period (a month or a year). To keep your panel running you must renew before it expires, or turn on auto-renew, which charges your wallet balance on the renewal date. If the balance is too low, auto-renew fails and the panel expires. Renewals are charged at the plan's price on the renewal date, and we will tell you if a price changes.

6. Expiry and suspension

When a plan expires we give you a short grace period. If it is still not renewed after that, we may suspend your panel. Renewing brings a suspended panel back. We are not responsible for lost orders or income while a panel is expired or suspended.

7. Cancelling

You can cancel renewal at any time from your order page. Your panel stays live until the end of the period you already paid for and then stops. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Acceptable use

You must not use your panel for anything illegal, to deceive or defraud others, to infringe someone else's rights, or to attack or harm other systems. We may suspend or end a panel that breaks these rules.

9. Your domain

You must own, or have the right to use, the domain you give us. You are responsible for keeping it registered and for pointing it to us.

10. Our responsibility

We work hard to keep panels available, but we do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the plan in the period the claim relates to, and we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit losses.

11. Changes

We may update these terms or our plans from time to time. If the change matters we will tell you by email or on the site. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
